Analogical Thinking 2:

It is considered analogical reasoning when your thinking has the help of analogy. Some ideas of Analogical Thinking.
`The interconnection of ideas
`A great way to learn and grasp difficult concepts about something.
`It is a form of a skill that improves with much practice.
`It gives an enhancement to the creative cells.

During class, we were given a quiz that revolves around the ideology of "analogical thinking". It made me think out of my comfort zone and the answers were not like the obvious ones that I thought of. The answers that I chose at the beginning were mostly incorrect. In a way, we have to look at the opposite to what is in front of you. Similes and metaphors were being brought into the lesson to better explain the use of analogical thinking to the students.

Below are some examples of similes:

At the end of the day, we should come to realise the differences between a simile and a metaphor. They are two very different concepts, but many get the misconception that they are the same thing.
